We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as part-time cleaners, with opportunities to transition to full-time roles and advance to leadership positions such as Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Clean clients’ homes and/or commercial spaces according to Maidfully standards using Maidfully products – follow our process and delight every client. Tips are allowed!
- Communicate with clients and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – our team loves our clients, and you will too. Make them feel cared for, and you’ll thrive with us.
- Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths.
- Clean all surfaces in the home or commercial space, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
- Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
- Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable, and on time.
- Respect and understanding for co-workers and clients.

Education, Experience, and Training:
- Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name.
- Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team to ensure clients’ expectations are met.
- Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Client-oriented and friendly
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to varying schedules
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required prior to employment
- Must present a neat, professional appearance at all times
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license required; company van or personal vehicle use may be necessary for job duties
- Must have a valid work authorization in the USA
