Cleaning Services help families who don’t have time to clean their own homes or can´t do it due to other circumstances. We will teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses and commercial spaces using our effective cleaning process, our high-quality equipment and materials. After you complete the Maidfully training, you will become part of the team that provides exceptional service to our customers. . Benefits & Pay

We pay an average of $15.00 to $25.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional cleaner. You will be paid weekly.

Here’s what you will be responsible for:

  • Clean customers’ homes and/or commercial spaces according to Maidfully standards while using Maidfully products – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. You are of course allowed to agree to tips too!
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team loves our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home or commercial space, and you’ll win here.
  • Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths.
  • Clean all surfaces in the home or commercial space, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors.
  • Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture.
  • Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment.
  • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
  • Have respect and understanding for co-workers and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum requirements to be considered for this cleaning position.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete cleaning tasks.
  • Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office/storage, vehicle, and customers’ homes or commercial spaces.
  • Speaking and hearing English clearly in person and on the telephone.
  • Reading English on an average adult level.
  • Writing English clearly.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or ability preferred for the position.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR TRAINING:

  • Ability to differentiate between variously colored cleaning products by identifying the color or product name.
  • Ability to define specific uses of cleaning products.
  • Ability to read cleaning instructions indicated on customized service reports.
  • Ability to communicate with the team to ensure the customers’ expectations are met.
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
  • Valid drivers license and car insurance (if you use your own car).
  • Ability to read cleaning instructions.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to drive to and from various job sites as needed.
  • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment in and out of car and customers homes or commercial spaces. This may include climbing stairs while carrying equipment. Ability to load and unload equipment from cars.
  • Ability to perform wet-work on the knees to clean showers and tubs; wipe countertops at waist height; bend for toilets and finishing showers and tubs at knee height; and reach shoulder height or above to finish the rooms.
  • Perform dry-work with the ability to reach, pull, and stoop to make beds; reach, lift and pull to operate a vacuum cleaner that weighs up to 12 pounds; carry and operate a portable vacuum that weighs 6 pounds (and will be carryed on the back); dust furniture from floor to overhead. Dusting will involve bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and moving small furniture.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS (only if you use your own car):

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Current liability insurance on automobile.

OTHER CRITIERIA:

  • Ability to pass criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle records check.
